Yes. Orders paid by credit card without terms require a $25 minimum. To establish terms with Advance, there is a $1,500 minimum order, and the first order must be placed using a credit card.

Yes. Advance offers standard Net 30 terms to approved customers. A completed credit application is required, and the first order must be paid by credit card.

We offer domestic shipping via UPS and LTL, as well as shipping throughout North America. Local customers may also request will call pickup. Orders placed by 2 pm CT for in-stock items ship the same day.

Yes, we take blanket orders. Blankets will be accepted with releases not to exceed six months out. The minimum per release is $250.

All returns require an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and product traceability. Requests must be made within 5 days of receipt, and returns must be received within 30 days of RMA issuance. Expired RMAs will not be accepted or credited. A 20% restocking fee applies, and customers are responsible for return shipping. Credit is issued within 30 days after inspection.

Note: Tools and tool parts are non-returnable unless defective, in which case they will be exchanged or repaired.
