Gage Bilt Nose Assemblies

Gage Bilt (GB) nose assemblies are used with GB blind rivet and lock bolt installation tools. GB rivet guns are an affordable “Huck-Style” alternative to other brands and are designed to permanently install a wide variety of commercial rivets and lockbolt fasteners including Avdel®, Cherry®, Huck® and POP®. GB nose assemblies are easy to apply to pneumatic, pneudraulic and hydraulic installation tools. Gage Bilt nose assemblies are available in straight, right angle and offset configurations, and are sold separately from GB tools.

Gage Bilt tools have an ergonomic design makes them easy to use with one hand. Equipped with a low effort trigger, GB rivet installation tools reduce operator fatigue, and the longer stroke provides a single stroke installation.

The highly engineered pneumatic-hydraulic and hydraulic installation tools are equipped with a one-piece piston which ensures less jamming than other brand tools. With less moving parts, GB rivet installation tools are easy to bleed, which makes them ideal tools for fast and permanent installation of rivet and lockbolts. Tool components such as service kits, pullers, collets, springs and jaw assemblies are also available.
