Key-Hole Clips
Key-Hole Clips are molded nylon fasteners with a tapered, bullet-style point that slides easily into place when pushed through a prepunched hole. The key-hole shaped interior allows the part to collapse more completely for easy assembly with finger pressure. They provide an inexpensive and fast method to hand assemble metal, wood, plastic, composite or other thin gauge materials. Key-Hole Clips can be reused, and are an ideal fastener that provides an electrical insulating, abrasion, vibration and corrosion-resistant connection.
The angled panel lock section of Key-Hole Clips takes up slack in panels to provide a tight assembly. The design allows for a relatively large clip diameter to hole size relation, resulting in higher retention forces. They are molded in natural Nylon 6/6 and can be tooled for a large variety of hole and panel variations.
