A-T Series Inserts
A-T Series Threaded Inserts are lightweight fasteners that can be installed into almost any material with a thickness above .30/76mm. Used with Grade 8/12.9 Metric mating screws, the A-T Series insert’s threaded portion is completely swaged at 360 degrees, drawing the threaded nut portion up into the sleeve. This anchors the A-T Series Insert into the parent material and provides a fastener-ready platform ideal for limited clearance applications.
AVK Inserts are the perfect threaded fastener for installing into the front side of a panel, tube or structure when the backside is inaccessible. AVK A-T Series Inserts can be installed in thinner materials without using weld nuts, clinch nuts and threaded screws. A-T Series Inserts are available in Steel Tin Zinc Trivalent, Stainless Steel and Aluminum.
AVK Inserts are also available in kits.
